Let’s see who can get their balloon to surf to the end first!

This fun competition requires the following:
1. Balloons
2. Scissors
3. Cups of water
4. Straws

Blow really small balloons and cut their ends off. Then, fill up two cups of water and let the balloon float on one cup.
Now, use your straw to blow the mini balloon from one cup of water to the other.
You can compete with as many people as you’d like, the more the merrier!
